As an AI and Data Science Intern, I am engaged in a project under the supervision of a professor from VU University (dr. Mauricio Verano Merino). My primary focus is on team formation in football, where I apply advanced data science techniques and AI methodologies to analyze and optimize team strategies. This role involves leveraging large datasets, statistical analysis, and machine learning models to uncover insights that can enhance team performance. Working closely with my supervisor and other professionals, I contribute to research that bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world applications in sports analytics.

In this role, I had the rewarding experience of mentoring aspiring teaching assistants, delivering engaging workshops, and helping them develop the skills needed to thrive in the classroom. I was responsible for designing training programs, providing personalized feedback, and guiding learners through their journey of becoming a teaching assistant. It was incredibly fulfilling to see trainees grow in confidence and competence, knowing that my work directly contributed to shaping the future of education.

Teaching Assistant for several courses at the Science faculty and one course given at the Honors program across the university, heavily focused in the Computer science department.

The aim of the Program Committee is to guarantee the quality of education. As a member of this committee, I am the representative and point of contact for the BSc AI students. Students can approach me if they encounter specific issues within the study and I will bring these to light during the committee meetings. In addition, I evaluate the courses of each period together with the other members of the Education Committee, lecturers, the program director, and representatives of other boards. Finally, I give advice on the issues that arise regarding the curriculum of the study.

I was recruited by VU Amsterdam to be the face of the university at important events. It requires effective communication and presentation skills, teamwork abilities to interact with other ambassadors, and a broad field of knowledge related to AI.

I organized the Computational thinking course for AI students with Dr. Aniel Bhulai for 2 months.

Completed an Internship at the company regarding Computer systems and networks.

Captain of the Students Robotic Team at the University of Tehran in the World Robot Olympiad (WRO) for national and International competitions of WRO.
