Unnayan Sangha started working on the socio-economic development of the poor people of Jamalpur and Sherpur District in 1980. Now it is a national NGO in Bangladesh.Played a vital role in project implementation.Acted as the head of the IT Department.Lead implementation of SHOUHARDO II (USAID funded through CARE Bangladesh), Chars Livelihoods Programs (funded by DFID through CLP), Maternal Young Child Nutrition Security Initiative (funded by Unicef through Care Bangladesh), Development of Community Support System under Joint GoB-UN MNH Initiative (with technical support from Unicef) successfully. Lead implementation of the "Scaling Up Nutrition" movement initiative. Participated in workshops for developing national nutrition policy.
