I served as a Sergeant in the Bangladesh National Cadet Corps (BNCC) from 2012 to 2017. The BNCC is a subsidiary of the Bangladesh Army, dedicated to instilling discipline and knowledge through the spirit of volunteerism. My experience in the BNCC has not only honed my leadership skills but also enriched my understanding of discipline and teamwork. It has been an essential part of my journey, shaping my character and commitment to service.

In 2016, during my tenure with the Bangladesh National Cadet Corps (BNCC), I seized the opportunity to intern at the 1st National Disaster Response Scout Camp -2016. This experience was pivotal in developing my understanding of disaster management and preparedness. It focused on teaching people how to survive during disasters and how to maintain essential activities in the face of adversity. My involvement in this camp was a significant step in my journey toward contributing to disaster resilience and community well-being.
