The aim was to develop guidelines for potential business models, financial mechanisms, and regulatory policies related to index-based cyclone risk mitigation services, within the framework of decentralization and climate change adaptation.My academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Development Studies and Business Administration, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Institute of Business Administration, Jahangirnagar University.
