Current• Conducted platform, application, and privileged access reviews in accordance with established review procedures and schedule, while prioritizing learning to understand IM data and processes for each review in scope.• Collected, compiled, and transformed data required for each review, including investigating and categorizing all new and undocumented IDs to ensure compliance with company policies.• Formatted and finalized reviews, submitted them to approvers, and identified, assigned, and validated remediation actions.• Identified opportunities and control gaps, and recommended changes to enhance effectiveness, productivity, and operational efficiency, participating in internal processes reviews to identify improvement opportunities and recommending process or solution changes as needed.• Managed the investigation and remediation of IM related audit findings, including identifying and recommending the necessary remediation actions, and reporting findings to management.• Assisted in the preparation and execution of project plans for the rollout of new IM technologies and business practices, including participating as a SME in the business requirements development, performing user acceptance testing of new oversight and reporting processes, and identifying areas of concern prior to implementation.• Supported the department's day-to-day operations and administration, ensuring the IM oversight documentation was kept up-to-date, developing and maintaining service/support reports and documents, creating and maintaining technical and process documentation, and providing regular audit reports and participating in audit activities as required.• Worked collaboratively with IT teams and/or Managers on special projects and assignments as required.
