Recently I was granted and completed (2021-2022) a postdoctoral scholarship from Iran National Science Foundation (INSF). As a recent Ph.D. graduate in physiology with a focus on tumor microenvironment.Google scholar: https://scholar.google.com/citations?hl=en&user=EOGkubQAAAAJ&view_op=list_works During my postdoc and doctoral research, I investigation the effects of pirfenidone and doxorubicin along with mechanical stimulation on cancer-associated fibroblasts in metastatic breast cancer (in vitro and in vivo). My work involved developing in vitro and in vivo models to study CAFS and their interactions with cancer cells, as well as exploring potential therapeutic targets to disrupt these interactions. My research findings were published in prominent journals.In addition to my research experience, I have also gained valuable skills in data analysis, experimental design, and project management. I am proficient in various molecular biology techniques, including cell culture, immunofluorescence staining, flow cytometry, and gene expression analysis. I am also experienced in animal handling and have worked with mouse models to study cancer biology.I am excited about the opportunity to continue my research in tumor microenvironment and expand my knowledge and skills. particularly my research focus on Tumor Microenvironment, Cancer cells and metastasis, drug delivery and mechanobiology of cancer.
