Successfully opened the resort in Oct 2021 which is a unique property in AlUla KSA under the Royale Commission of AlUla (RCU).

Company Profile: Hospitality (326 Guest Room, 5 Outlets, Huge Ballroom and 30 meeting rooms) Worked as task force - IT Manager for 4 months handling the full operation. The hotel contains all the latest technology that a five star hotel should have with huge network of over 150 cisco switches/routers.

Hotel with 1260 Rooms with Ballroom and meeting facility. Completed all Hotel IT System Setup for Holiday Inn Makkah as per IHG standard which is operational now. Worked in pre-opening of Crowne Plaza with team to setup IT System that is as per IHG standard and loved by our guests and colleagues. Leading a team of 4 to achieve hotel goal and 10/10 in Technology Metric. Beside IT Department was taking care of CCTV and AV operation of the hotel.

Responsibility: Providing IT leadership to the properties within the cluster including effectively communicating, managing and delivering IT Systems and procedures that comply with Corporate and Brand IT standards. Backup and Restore management. To maximize the business value and Hotel Revenues evaluating property needs and technology solutions and from the effective and efficient use of Information Technology in the Hotel. Ensuring the Hotel Computer Systems are installed, up-to-date and operating according to company standards, policy and procedures. Leverage effective partnerships with preferred vendors, corporate IT, hotel Team Members To manage and prioritize any IT problems, impacting either revenue and/or the guest, for a quick resolution and pro-actively seek for preventive maintenance. To manage/maintain Servers (e.g. Micros, Opera, Digital Signage, VingCard, File & Print, Domain, Interface, ISA etc.), Networking switch, software application, pabx and AV system for banquet dept. Making sure IT System is compliant with PCI DSS. Conducting Data Privacy and Information Security Training for all colleagues who handles computers and POS. Motivating team and guiding them towards success.Achievements:  Consecutive 2 years (2013 and 2014) we achieved 10/10 in winning matrix assigned by IHG which is outstanding result among all the IHG hotels EMEA. System integration between Crowne Plaza Hotel and Holiday Inn Down Town hotel to ease the operation of other cluster departments, reducing manpower requirement and ease of system access. Securing network/system in both the properties to prevent cyber-attack.  All Critical System Upgrade (PMS/POS/Pabx/Digital Signage etc) Overall internet score for the hotel was tremendously improved from 74 points to 86 points YTD. Achieving 100% marks in CSA (Control Self-Assessment) Audit of IHG in 2015. PCI – Aim Higher Award from IHG Corporate office in 2015.

 To maximize the business value and Hotel Revenues from the effective and efficient use of Information Technology in the Hotel by ensuring the Hotel Computer Systems are installed, up-to-date and operating according to company standards, policy and procedures. To manage any technology change including communication to hotel users, change management document, clear high level plan presented to HOD & GM in order to deploy the new technology limiting impact to Operations. To manage and prioritize any IT problems, impacting either revenue and/or the guest, for quick resolution and pro-actively seek for preventive maintenance. Managing 3rd party system support companies. To effectively train, guide and manage the IT team, schedule their daily, weekly, monthly, half yearly and yearly activities. As HOD to participate at operational/departmental/executive meetings and provide regular update on systems activities to Department/Executive Heads in form of verbal & written presentations To manage/maintain Servers (e.g. Micros, Opera, Digital Signage, VingCard, File & Print, Domain, Interface, ISA etc.), Networking switch, software application, pabx and AV system for banquet dept. To schedule regular backup of all crucial data as well as checking recovery functionality. Maintain all System inventory and update in timely manner. Making sure IT System is compliant with PCI DSS. Conducting Data Privacy and Information Security Training for all colleagues who handles computers and POS.

 To configure VOIP based devices and servers. Communicating and rendering remote support to our clients located in different parts of the world. Configuring Servers in Linux environment.
