Managing the different departments across the hotel. Even stepping in as General Manager in his absence. This is a Central London 142 bedroom Hotel that caters mainly to local office workers. Service and Finance have always been my strongest suit, which I always brought to my work and instilled in my teams.

I am currently transitioning from night manager to department manager with the aim of growing into a hotel manager. During the transitional period I am learning other departments and taking on additional projects to add to my management skill set. I have already built night team from a pool of staff that had no customer facing experience or were new to the company in a flagship branch.
