• Opening of all types of accounts & scheme• TP & KYC update• Custodian of secured items such as ATM Card, Cheque Book, and Credit card, PIN no & etc• Preparing all sorts of Statements and sending to Head Office and Bangladesh Bank. • Managing inward & outward clearing Transaction for Branch & internal fund transfer.• Issuance of Pay Order• Making required communication to existing Corporate and Retail customers.• CTR & STR reporting to Bangladesh Bank.• SBS1 & SBS2 reporting to Bangladesh Bank.• Rectification of internal control issues.• Provide solutions to the customers according to their need• Drive to generate revenue for Branch by on-boarding new customer.• Actively participate in campaign of “MY FIRST ACCOUNT” in different schools.

• To maintain Relationship with Existing & New Preferred Customer.• Enhance Relationship Banking • To communicate with customers for sales opportunities• Establish Risk Recognition and Compliance Culture among the branch.• Ensure Control Environment is robust enough to receive Satisfactory Audit Ratings• Proper documentation for Current, Savings, Call, RFCD, NFCD and other types of Account Opening & Closing for all customers and keeping the error rate at acceptable level.• Proper documentation for Dormant Account Regularization.• Provide service to the customers over the counter and over telephone.• Receive application for Opening, Roll-over & Encashment of Fixed Deposit Receipt and Delivery of the same.• Raise the customers’ complain to proper channel• Provide solutions according to customers’ need

• Processing of Daily Cash & Transfer Transactions, Foreign Currency Exchange etc• Duel control and day-end reconciliation of Cash.• Processing Entries and Vouchers.• Management and reconciliation of all Suspense & Sundry Accounts• Keep Cash Difference file, Courier Controls• Rectification of internal control issues.• Timely submission of various reports/returns.• Maintain the all the rules & regulation as per Bangladesh Bank guidance

• Regular communicate with to Bangladesh Bank to build and maintain Repo with the BB’s official• To efficiently process the remittance application, periodical statements of foreign airlines, shipping, PSI and other multinational / national companies keeping the local regulatory and Group compliances in place.• Entail comprehensive scrutiny works on the customers’ remittance application, statements or any other documents related to regulatory requirements. • Regular follow-up to the impending issues with the customers, Bangladesh Bank until fully resolved.• Scrutinize the remittance file of different Airlines, Shipping Companies as per BB rules & regulation.• Implementation of different rules & regulations as per Bangladesh Bank Circular.• Directly responsible for implementation and adherence of the Group and Bangladesh Bank’s policies, procedures.• To control & manage operational risk while processing and ensuring surplus earnings for effecting outward remittance to their foreign principals as requested by customers. • To ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
