Signal Sighting (4LM) - MPDWithin the Signal Sighting Team as part of the expansive 4LM Programme, I played a pivotal role with the following key responsibilities:- Strategising train schedules to sight newly installed signals for acceptance.- Crafting comprehensive documentation crucial for post-shift approvals.- Orchestrating seamless coordination among relevant stakeholders, ensuring readiness for signal sighting shifts.- Vigilantly tracking, monitoring, and presenting progress reports on the installation and commissioning status of signalling assets.- Converting intricate technical data into simpler, easy to understand visual formats disseminated across the project team.- Establishing and maintaining regular communication and negotiations with trade union representatives, fostering a constructive working relationship and adeptly resolving any arising issues.

Proteus – Tech & DataMy role involved contributing to the successful re-procurement of one of TfL’s top 3 strategic contracts. Specifically, I supported the revenue collection contract crucial to the functioning of Oyster and Contactless systems across the TfL network, facilitating the collection of over £6 billion annually.Northern Line Extension (NLE) – MPDI served as the acting Project Manager overseeing defect related tasks throughout the project duration. This involved providing repair options to property owners and residents affected by NLE tunnelling works. Additionally, I collaborated with the Mechanical project team overseeing: station ventilation, public health, station cooling, and tunnel ventilation system.Bank Station Capacity Upgrade – MPDIn the capacity of an Assistant Project Manager, I led various aspects of the project, including premises finishes, integrated service booms, fire and communication assets, passive fire protection, and external station works.Silvertown Tunnel Programme (STT) – MPDWithin this programme, I was involved within the Land Team. I collaborated closely with the project team to acquire necessary land parcels essential for the programme's completion, engaging with relevant stakeholders throughout. Furthermore, I ensured the implementation of appropriate security measures post-acquisition of the land.Low Voltage Alternating Current (LVAC) – MPDMy responsibilities encompassed supporting the PM in overseeing the installation of dual power on the District, Hammersmith and City, Circle, and Metropolitan lines.

In my current role, I spearhead the development and execution of a series of workshops which include engaging outdoor retreats, aimed at cultivating and applying the core values and principles taught at Dar Al Arqam to our students.Through these 'Practical Trips', students are immersed in controlled yet challenging environments providing valuable opportunities for growth where they can learn from their experiences and mistakes.I then evaluate their performance against our leadership competencies, offering constructive feedback and tailored recommendations to support their growth in the relevant areas.
