Doing any inspection that related to oil and gas industry (ASTM, ASME, API, ANSI, NACE) for 4 projects in a same time some time my job involves inspection of part of whole like bolt and nut ,gasket ,flange , cap and etc. and also equipment like that pig launcher-receiver, filter separator, scrubber, elevated tank, high pressure vessel and storagethese inspection involves:1- documents writing or checking like packing, WPS, PQR, WQT, ITP and etc.2- weld inspection (involve visual testing, penetration testing, ultra sonic testing, magnetic particle testing and radio graphic testing method ) for any things according to AWS and ASME standards3- painting and galvanized (hot and cold) inspection (involve thickness testing with related Gage and equipment, adhesion testing with X-cut and cross cut method) for any things according to NACE standards4- dimensional inspection for pipe and tank and high pressure storage and etc. according to ASME standard5- RAW material inspection 6- Presence as an employer's representative at the time of tests such as mechanical, chemical, metallographic, hardness testing and etc. for ensure the correctness of the test and its results according to ASTM standard7- metal thickness and lamination checking with ultra sonic testing method8- pre-shipment inspection9- packing and marking inspectionand etc.

it was my start to get into oil and gas industry with this companymy inspections was about one of steel structure that shall erected on Assaluyeh with bolt and nut methodtarget of this steel structure, was a holder for storage tanks and pipeline (pipe rack)i checking every thing that happened to this structure(dimensional, NDT testing, painting and etc.) , as a representative of the employerand finally every things finished so goodit was a project job.

i was in QC and Engineering department in a casting factory with more than 700 ton product in a month we were research about method of molding, casting, weigh of melt that we needed, where that we must applied risers and etc. for each new pieces that entered to factory for castingand after that we checked this pieces in term of quality and correcting or not-correcting of casting methodif it was correct, we announced as the instructions to manufacture department for routine productionalso i checked another routine product as QCi also did molding for few month and learned somethings about that
