About Mahdi Ebrahimi

I received my doctorate in agriculture from Birjand University in 2015 at the age of 29. For several years, I worked as an English teacher and translator at Kharazmi Educational Institute. I am very interested in studying medicinal plants, especially saffron. Since 2015, I have been working in the research complex of medicinal plants at ACECR as a researcher, a member of the academic staff, and then the manager of the research group of medicinal plants. Currently, I am working with my colleagues in ACECR on several projects in the field of producing medicinal supplements from jujube and barberry, as well as the production of Asafoetida for cultivation in arid lands, improving the yield of saffron, identifying jujube ecotypes and the producing of plant-based pesticides. I am very interested in networking and collaborating with other researchers inside and outside of Iran and I welcome new job opportunities.
