I was involved in the following projects:  Design of Boric Acid production plant from Colemanite ore. o Calculate material and energy balance for each step and the whole process. o Design of BFD, PFD and Layout of the process. Writing a booklet about the production plant of polyethylene terephthalate fibres for the company. Exploring a production plant of Na2S from H2S, and converting it to polyphenylene sulfide (PPS).  Investigating several types of Electrostatic Oil Desalters long with optimization; Dual Frequency, Dual Polarity and AC. Feasibility study of the extraction of Bitumen from Acid Sludge. o Carrying out experiments on the laboratory scale to find the best temperature, pressure and material for this process.
