Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including: - Assist in preparing job descriptions and job posts; - Assist in designing hiring pipelines, tasks, and questions and preparing interview materials; - Lead sourcing, headhunting, resume screening, setting up interviews, and evaluating candidates; - Running HR interviews and offer sessions; - Doing all tasks related to the pre-onboarding and onboarding process; - Assist in employees's performance evaluation during the trial period; - Gather and analyze data to evaluate HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rate, etc.2. Performance Management: Undertake tasks related to planning and running quarterly and annual feedback sessions, performance evaluations, etc.3. HR Solutions: Assist in defining, developing, and implementing HR policies and programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace to address employees’ inquiries and concerns.4.
