Developed and deployed machine learning systems for fraud detection, customer experience, and knowledge graph applications.• Developed and deployed a fraud detection system in production. This system utilizes machine learning techniques, including Robust Random Cut Forest (RRCF), and incorporates design rules layers for enhanced identification of fraudulent transactions. • Supervised and contributed to the development of a QA System for call center agents in production. This system utilized large language models (LLMs) from OpenAI to deliver accurate and relevant information to CSR.• Implemented and evaluated graphRAG on AWS Neptune for QA tasks (POC). • Designed and implemented a comprehensive evaluation framework for Generative AI (GAI) answers, considering execution time, token count, cosine similarity, common key terms comparison and other relevant metrics, while assigning weights to each metric based on their relative significance.• To inform stakeholders, I conducted a comprehensive evaluation of GAI performance, focusing on criteria such as hallucination, grammatical errors and typos in questions and their impacts on generated answers.• Initiated the development of a recommendation system to enhance customer engagement (project in progress).• Addressed security concerns by developing code to detect and prevent account takeover incidents, safeguarding users’ information.

Conducted image analyses, and various point-patterns statistical techniques on tissue biomarkers to understand tumor pathways. • Performed cloud development platform’s algorithms, e.g., data pipeline, and cell segmentation (StarDist) .• Enhanced customers’ communications and clients’ satisfaction through development of R package, including designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and supporting all types of analytical products consistent with the established specifications.• Partnered with lab scientists to develop in-house data analysis tools for R&D purposes.
