Embarked on a brand & communication management journey from a pure B2B to a B2C domain… Across wires & Cables and new businesses.Key Accountabilities:Marcom operations and PlanningHelp the implementation of category business/marketing plans and drive it from HO for each of our branches in India.Efficient, fast and a thorough co-ordination and communication across branches for smooth activity roll out across media vehicles such as inshops, gifting, SIS, retailer/electrician meets, architect and consultant meets, POP, other visual merchandise, campaign collaterals, for a variety of businesses such as wires, cables, exhibitions, fans, lighting, and switches.Work closely with CMO for digital initiative. Took a lead role in developing a comprehensive brand manual for Polycab. This was implemented across HO and branches. Identify key trends, SEO optimization and analysis.Responsible for a complete overhaul of our company website - Made it much more navigable, user friendly, rich and informative. Regular interaction with digital agency for campaign launches and monitoring - briefing the agency to create and co-develop effective communication in the digital domain.Be a solution provider for the team on various operational and communication challenges and hurdles.
