I am a manual QA engineer at Goldiran, a leading company in the field of home appliances and electronics. With over 7 years of experience in QA and product management, I have been involved in testing and launching various web applications, such as admin panel, sales panel, shopping site, and logistic panel, using different testing methodologies and tools, such as TFS (Azure) and Jira, ensuring the quality and functionality of the products.In addition to my QA role, I also contribute to product management activities, such as designing roadmaps, gathering customer requirements, facilitating communication between technical and business teams, and creating PRDs and user guides.
