This role will include participation and collaboration with IT staff in the daily upkeep, administration and company staff support of the company’s IT infrastructure across multiple office locations. The system helped the Support staff significantly and improved the response time to the user’s request drastically.Implemented Norton Ghost for imaging computers for new employees. This was great help during the rollout and deployment of Windows 2000.
