Md. Mahedi Hasan Bappy is a Bangladeshi Naval Engineering graduate with a B.Sc in Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Maritime University in Bangladesh. He has a solid academic background, technical skills, and a strong interest in maritime engineering, which he believes will help with the development, construction, and upgrading of marine structures. His scientific interests include hydrodynamics, structural analysis, and offshore engineering in order to make maritime activities more sustainable and effective.Mahedi has worked as a research assistant on a fully financed project at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Maritime University (PRMTTC) and designed a 700-TEU oceangoing container ship under the direction of Nafis Ahmed, Naval Architect at Tech Marine Solutions Ltd.He has attended a variety of trainings and seminars, including industrial attachments at Dockyard and Engineering Works (DEW) Limited and seminars on the "UN Decade of Ocean Science- Imperatives for Bangladesh" and "An Outlook for Sustainable Maritime Development and Governance: Challenges and Way Ahead." He is well-versed in programming languages and mathematics programs, as well as computer-aided design and CFD simulation tools.Mahedi additionally took part in extracurricular activities such as the Maritime Innovation and Design Club (MIDC), the BSMRMU Hiking Club, and the BSMRMU Science Club. Mahedi has received various scholarships and fellowships, including a Vice Chancellor Scholarship, a BSMRMU Stipend, and the Comilla Education Board General Scholarship for SSC 2016. In conclusion, Mahedi is passionate about maritime engineering and is ready to contribute to the advancement of sustainable marine operations. He is currently pursuing a job in the maritime industry, where he can hone his talents and collaborate with professionals.

As a Research Assistant, I'll be involved in various aspects, including data collection, experiments, analysis, and report preparation.
