# Submit booking for Sea Air shipment and follow up booking confirmation with shipping lines. * # Coordinate with Transport supplier, Merchandiser, Production for on time goods release from factory. * # Receive shipping documents from factories and check all documents carefully to sent to customers for approval. * # Prepare commercial Invoice, Packing list and submit to C&F and follow up smooth goods handover at CFS. * # Follow up forwarder for vessel advice submit necessary documents to forwarder and customer as per Buyer`s SOP & S/C guidelines. # EXP Issue/Duplicate reporting to the Bangladesh Bank portal (OEMS). * # Prepare & Collect SAFTA/COO from EPB & Chamber of Commerce. * # REX Submit, FCR/Bill Of Lading draft on time. And Collect/surrender OBL to Forwarder office.# Communicate with Bank for Export payment realization. # Billing against shipment to SAP of ERP software. # CNF Company and check their bill on time.
