• Understanding client requirements and sourcing the suitable candidates for different technical positions.• Review and understanding on client expectations and implement solutions• Handling the documentation for all the consultants who are in marketing.• Sourcing, screening, filtering resumes, collating references.• Recruiting via Internet job boards (Dice.com) (hot jobs) direct phone sourcing, vendor network, referrals and expanded internet sourcing.• Negotiating regarding rate with respective employers of their respective consultants.• Maintaining database of all consultants/vendors which ever, submitted and rejected by clients.• Marketing/sales EAD/H1B/GC/US Citizen consultants.• Getting suitable requirements from vendors for our bench, negotiating rates, taking confirmation from vendors for our bench consultants. Submitting quality profile to vendor in a given time.• Develop good communication channels with clients, vendors, employers and consultants.• Prepare the consultants for the end client interviews.• Follow-up and Analyze the feedbacks given by the vendors and the end clients after the interview calls to drive timely feedback.• Ensure prompt delivery of the consultants.• Drive opportunities through sales cycles to deal closure.
