As Manager Drivers Training TestingandskillInstitute Ajmer, a part of prestigious group Schoolnet India, I am leading a team of 55 staff members and oversee the day-to-day functioning and effective training of trainees. I have 13 years of experience in training and education, resource management, and administration in the vocational sector Drivers Training, Road Saftey, I have played a pivotal role in coordinating with line departments, district/state administration, and other project partners to ensure the quality and relevance of the training programs. I have also contributed to the evaluation, resource planning, scheduling, tracking, and implementation of the projects, along with the capacity building and upgradation of personnel. I hold a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Technical University, and I am passionate about enhancing the skills and employability of the youth.
