• CO-Co-ordinate with logistics partners to provide RTO soft data with reason and cross checked & identify actual reason of returns on daily basis. And also handling the complaints at panel for Replacements & Refund.• Co-ordinate with call Centre team to provide orders no’s of Unidentified shipment’s on daily basis. And Proper segregation women stocks SKU wise, then making STN to Rangpuri on daily basis.• Co-ordinate with team to accept the RTO’s from respective logistics partners as per their cut off & updation at panel & generating manifest on daily basis.• Co-ordinate with team to open, segregations & shorting the stocks floor wise and handover to inventory team on daily basis.• Tracking return orders status as per online sale sheet VS Accounts, logistics partner’s soft data on daily basis.
