• 10 years of IT experience as a Desktop Admin and Wintel Support Engineer and responsible for manage and support Desktops, Laptops & Active Directory, Server Administration and Server Hardware maintainance.• IBM Server assambling hardware and installation of operating system,with create and manage RAID controller • Troubleshooting Windows 2000/2003/2008 Active Directory Server problems.• Working on business critical issues and fixing the same by ensuring minimum downtown.• Performing health checks on the server, Managing and checking for hardware faults on Servers.
