Overcoming initial low production, from 2500MT, production was raised to 10000MT per month by introducing technical and administrative measures. In the year 2012 rolling mill Unit 2 was commissioned for 25000MT Capacity manufacturing TMT. This unit is running with 4 slit technology and using Tungsten Carbide rolls. From 2016 to 2019 Handled Administration and Purchase department at Corporate level having 1000+group strength.Liaisoning with Tata Steel Limited was exclusively done by me and attended various contract and Price review meetings, besides technical training and safety workshops from time to time.
