Preparing consolidated accounts as per IFRS and the revised schedule VI of Jet Airways and its subsidiaries for publishing as well as for monthly reporting.Preparing Consolidated Financial as per IFRS for group reporting purpose and various other projects like Component Accounting for Aircraft. Preparation of Carved Out Financial of the Company on sale of business of other entity.Part of the team for Due Diligence exercise during Jet Etihad deal for the data related to Finance department. Monthly review, Budgeting and analysis of revenue and expenses for management reporting.Treasury function related to Aircraft taken on Finance Lease and Hire Purchase.Handling leasing of aircrafts and reconciliation variable rentals with lessors.Handling Fixed Assets area including finance lease and Hire Purchase of Aircraft and Insurance.

 Statutory audits of various listed Companies including Century Textiles & Industries Ltd., Raymond Ltd. & its group companies and Ackruti City Limited including financial prepared as per Revised Schedule VI.  Attended the IFRS conversion training conducted by IFRS implementing team (GCMG) of PWC at Century Textiles and Industries Ltd and Ackruti City Limited including assisting IFRS team in identifying the policy followed by the Companies. Attended various training conducted at PWC on IFRS and updates on Converge Indian accounting standard. Consolidation of Financial Statements of Ackruti City Limited, Century Textiles and Everest Kanto Cylinders Limited. Statutory audit of HSBC Mutual Fund. Statutory audit of Private Companies in FMCG sector of Danone Group like Danone Narang Beverages Private Limited and Narang Access Private Limited. Member of Reviewer team of Internal quality review as per the firms policy.  Tax audit of various companies including Century Textile and Industries Ltd and EKC Ltd. Limited Review of Ackruti City Limited, Century Textile and Industries Ltd and EKC Ltd.
