-NPD - Djinn Dhadkan:o Did packaging design involving Power board, control board, wire harnessing etc.o Designed & developed sheet metal enclosureso Designed and developed heat sinks and springs for Mosfet’so Resolved Sheet metal crack failure occurred during vibration test by doing random vibration analysis- Material / process change from AA2014 T6 forging to AC4CH gravity die casting process. The same has been demonstrated through FEA, Calculation and testing- Converted machined plastic parts to injection molded parts with complete qualification in part and product level- Conducted Resonance Frequency study on complete generator consisting both mechanical and electronic components. Did design change to those parts whose frequency is within application frequency- Six Sigma certified for solving yield issues in X-ray shield anode. This project is to convert lead + brass casting to lead + Aluminum fabrication- Established process for refurbishing parts from field. Developed detailed inspection plan and coordinated with global team to implement it.- Tested numerous products in thermal, vibration, Shock & Drop test

- NPD - 5 & 7.5hp Direct driven high-speed reciprocating air compressor:o Been part of complete product development cycleo Successfully developed an aesthetic plastic cowling using thermo-forming processo Solved critical crankshaft assembly failure within shortest time periodo Solved oil leak through breather problem and same has been horizontally deployed to other models- Value engineering on 2hp compressor and reduced 10% of material cost- Vibration of the compressor reduced by doing couple balancing on the crank shaft

- Successfully designed and fabricated Tractor mounted hydraulic operated road sweeping machine attachment- Successfully designed a Pre-seperators conveying uranium metal oxide powder using pneumatic systems- Successfully designed and commissioned pipelines as a Centralised Vacuum System
