In my current role I have progressed from being a Team Leader to a Team Manager, and now a Locality Manager, in charge of two localities and the ADHD pathway in Berkshire. My current responsibilities entail: Monitor and ensure that integration between CAMHS and Children Trust is in line with national and local policies and guidelines Ensure that data and information is routinely collected, analysed and reported on referrals, interventions, outcomes and other KPI Co-ordinate the information and investigation of complaints Day to day management of clinical staff from different professional backgrounds, which involves supervising, appraising and ensuring that training is kept up to date As team manager I also responsible for ensuring that the Trust’s waiting time target is met. This is done through monitoring individual and team performance figures during the regular meetings we have Using the knowledge gained through my studies I have developed models which I use to analyse the pathways through simulations to give me a better understanding of services and also the impact of any service change. This is currently being done on a personal level to allow me to better understand my own work I also manage the budget for the team and work in close liaison with the finance department to ensure a balanced budget is delivered and achieved throughout the year. Over the past three years there has been no overspend in the team that I manage
