My background is in oral hygiene and assisting services of the dentistry. I have graduated as Bachelor of oral hygiene with excellent scores and got honorable mention of entrepreneurship and activity in oral hygiene. My bachelor´s thesis was The Assessment of the Quality of Care From the Customers Point of View – Accommodation of The Humane Caring -scale for dental hygienists.I have updated my dental hygienist education with several extra courses. I have graduated as BNSc (Bachelor of Nursing Science) and my BA thesis was the Patient’s Perception of Patient Education in Oral Hygiene. I have graduated as MNSc (Master of Nursing Science) and my master thesis was the Meaning of Oral Health to Adolescents. I am currently studying Medical Computing in the University of Eastern Finland and Savonia University of Applied Sciences.In have worked at Terveystalo as a director of oral health care services since 2015. In my current position I am in charge of the oral health care services of nearly 40 dental clinics all around Finland. I have excellent skills in management and leadership in health care as well as customer experience and patient satisfaction. I have participated in B2C and B2B projects and designed services for example in occupational healthcare. I am experienced in oral health care pricing and service design, account management, statistics and reports. Also, in my previous position I was in charge of dental consumable products and dental materials. I have professional skills in orthodontics, periodontics, local anesthesia and drug prescribing in oral health care.
