• Manage Merchant & ATM’s related to Business.• Manage all daily & Monthly Card production.• Manage all production system application i.e.DCMS – Palmiras .• Ensure Plastic quantity (All products) are available for at least 6 months in Main Safe .• Manage the Instant Issuing in the Branches .• Provide the Plastics to the Branches .• Checking the branches daily cards printing reports .• Manage card delivery to branches and to customers through courier company.• Reconcilement of daily production report.• Co-ordinate with plastic vendors , Visa & MasterCard for designing of plastics.• Manage exceptions queries from Branch Managers.• Manage Dual custody of plastics according to the set procedure.• Update production procedures as and when required.• Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time

• Manage all daily & Monthly Card production.• Manage all production system application i.e. SCPM , P3 , PDS & DC-9000.• Ensure Plastic quantity (All products) are available for at least 6 months in safe.• Manage card delivery to branches and to customers through courier company.• Reconcilement of daily production report.• Co-ordinate with plastic vendors , Visa & MasterCard for designing of plastics.• Manage exceptions queries from Branch Managers.• Manage Dual custody of plastics according to the set procedure.• Update production procedures as and when required.• Improve card production delivery schedule.• Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

• Install new servers (Hardware & Software).• Administration of Network & Systems.• Troubleshooting of server hardware & software.• Maintain and monitor performance of all system to be highly available.• Knowledge transfer & gaudiness to first and second level support.• Planning for projects and enhancements.• Coordinating with technicians to solve user problems as required.• Administration of active directory and Exchange 2000.• Administration of member servers and KFH systems.• Administration of Mosaic.• Implementing Network Manager Tools.
