• Audit the organization’s balance sheet, profit and loss statements and ledger accounts starting from the company trial balance toward preparing a full draft financial statement with all disclosures and audit report for.
• Perform understanding of the company and its environment to identify risks in place and perform a risk assessment study for all ledger accounts to identify high risk accounts.
• Lead a team of seniors and assistants on field and approve sampling techniques as well as reviewing tests performed for various business cycles.
• Evaluate, and examine policies and procedures in place at the company and report findings to senior management.
• Evaluate the reliability and integrity of information and the efficient and effective use of resources at the company.
• Review compliance with policies, procedures and government laws and regulations.

Beirut District, Lebanon

• Control all the accounts receivable transactions and approve the vouchers prepared by accountants.
• Issue an Aging Report, initiate all required actions in order to minimize doubtful debt risks, and follow up with the company’s attorney concerning legal clients.
• Ensure that all related accounts are reconciled and transferred to the general ledger.
• Review balance sheet related items on monthly basis with the financial controller.
• Prepare a monthly credit report showing detailed Accounts Receivable, Sales and related allowances breakdown, and collection Comparative Analysis.
• Maintain credit customer’s master file on Oracle financials.
