Procurement Specialist-procurement Dept.Main Activities:Reporting daily accountability "DCAA Reporting" for more than 95 subcontract workers.Reporting monthly TIP's "Trafficking In Person's" accountability for subcontract workers.Reporting monthly camp inspections for the subcontractors.Submitting weekly SPOT reports and subcontract workers.Writing statement, of work and and have it approved by the Project Management, HSE , Security , Accounting and Finance, Property department and Quality control department.Issuing subcontracts to the vendors after meeting the RFQ requirements. Arranging meeting between the subcontractors and the end user to address any issues.Arranging kick off meeting between the new subcontractors and the end users to discuss the stand up and any expected future issues. Issuing work releases, stop work orders and partial stop work orders related to the main master agreement upon the end user's request. Processing invoices along with the accounting and finance department.Deputy Site Manager :Main Activities:Design and implement office policies.Establish standards and procedures.Organize office operations and procedures.Supervise office staff. prepare time sheets. Control correspondence.Review and approve supply requisitions.Update organizational memberships.Maintain office equipment. Processing payroll.Processing invoices.Supervise office staff :Main Activities:Assign and monitor clerical and secretarial functions.Recruit and select the office staff.Orient and train the new employees.Provide on the job and other training opportunities.Evaluate staff performance.Coaching and disciplining staff.Maintain office records: Main Activities :Design filing system.Ensure filing system is maintained and up to date.Define procedures for record retention.Ensure effective transfer of files and records.
