Reviewed and coordinated with the Construction Manager (CM) - Balfour Beatty Construction - during his review workshops, cost estimates, bidding, and guaranteed maximum price submissions. Supervised the construction, reviewed the CPM schedule, reviewed the monthly pay application, and any change order pricing. This is 4-story $68 million building to house the administrative offices of the college, the anatomy lab., clinical skills lab., simulation lab., classrooms and auditoriums, and a café and student lounge. This building is rated to be LEED Silver. Completed in February 2010.• Burnett School of Biomedical Sciences (198,000 sf): Also participated through all phases of design with the architect (HOK) and the construction manager - Whiting-Turner. This contract is a Construction Management at-Risk. The $98 million project has started in 2007 and completed in Spring 2009. The project was bid in three phases: early site, shell and core, and interior fit-out. The project has a 5-story laboratory building and an adjacent animal research facility. This building will be applied for LEED Silver.• Health Sciences Campus at Lake Nona Site Development (27 acres): Working with architect, consultants, construction manager, and university to finalize the parking facilities, gardens, sidewalks, monuments, courtyards, fountains, and plazas. Completed.• Health Sciences Campus at Lake Nona Landscaping Master Plan (50 acres): Coordinating with architect, development authority, the City of Orlando, and the university to develop a comprehensive master plan. • Health Sciences Campus at Lake Nona Utility Infrastructure Master Plan (50 acres): Working with architect and his civil engineer as well as Lake Nona Land Company L.L.C. to develop a utility master plan for the Health Sciences Campus. -
