During this position in Dr. Robert Bowden lab with the USDA research programs, I conducted experiments in Biotrophic Parasitism Wheat Rust (leaf, stem, and stripe) research, particularly on studying disease resistance of new varieties under lab, greenhouse, and field plot conditions. I skilled in genetic interaction of plant disease, Vertical- Horizontal Resistance (R gene), QTL Technique, Mechanisms of resistance PTI-ETI, and Strategies for Durable Resistance. I am experience in Basic Molecular Biology skills including Genotyping, KASP technique.
