Responsible for the delivery of innovative mobile and banking solutions.- Reporting and Monitoring of service delivery Metrics and overall performance according to SLA- Coordination of planned changes with customer service, change management and operations.- Establishment of relationships with technical teams, IT and business partners. - Application Supervision- Operations for Allynis (hosted) services- Ensure that the service is up and running according to SLA- Incident Management + Standard change implementation- Data Provisioning- Activity reporting to the customer and to the management- Provide 1st line technical support to customer for Allynis solutions- Tickets follow-up- Provide on-duty support- Responsible of transition of projects between delivery and support teams, projects acceptance

- Supervising and Handling Hardware alerts on Customer´s Servers- Working under Unix , HP-UX , Windows Server environment.- Supervising HP OV Consoles.- Monitoring, Planing and Executing changes on Servers.- Updating et approving Process Documentation.- Managing a 6 IT-Specialist ’s Team.- Coordinating and managing hardware interventions on Servers.- Ensure oriented Training for newcomers - actively integrate the newcomers in to the shift, ensure the skill transfer inside the shift to newcomers.

- Validating severity/priority classification of the problem- Incident Ticket Management - routing tickets to appropriate support groups- Escalation initiating and tracking- Perform basic problem determination on system and components- Restart failing components (OS, hardware & applications)- Perform system recycles per predefined schedule- Performing production checks as required- Provide operational status as required
