Mr. Itani is a Vice President with over 25 years of experience in program management of environmental programs, commercial construction and environmental engineering. Mr. Itani is a Program Manager on a number of large nationwide environmental programs. As a program manager, deputy program manager and project manager, he has worked extensively on large and complex local and Federal government projects. He has experience in project and subcontractor management, planning, scheduling, negotiating, directing work, and developing and interpreting plans and specifications. Mr. Itani also has experience in providing technical and managerial support in the preparation of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation for a variety of Federal customers including, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), the US. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the John A. Volpe National Transportation System Center (Volpe Center). He has proven his experience managing interdisciplinary project teams, overseeing project budget and schedules, and communicating effectively with Federal agencies and public stakeholders.Mr. Itani is an experienced Contract Manager on large IDIQ Programs, in that role he ensures the financial success of the programs. He oversees task proposal submittals, negotiations, project implementation, execution and client satisfaction. Mr. Itani is a Vice President, Northeast Region for Tetra Tech's EGS Business Unit directly responsible for the financial, technical, and administrative performance of four offices and a fulltime environmental and engineering professional staff located in Arlington, VA, Germantown, MD, Philadelphia, PA and Salem, NH. Mr. Itani is a Market Sector Lead for the Department of Energy and the NEPA Business Line Lead. Mr. Itani also directly supervises senior technical staff including geologists, biologists, environmental engineers, civil engineers and environmental scientists.
