● Collaborates with Project Manager to establish project schedule and budget, and monitors progress in meeting scheduleand budget requirements for various road scheme projects in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).● Develops project documents, processes, and procedures required to support quality control and final project deliverables.● Communicating with stakeholders and utility companies to obtain, document and review conflicts of existing and proposedutilities with the proposed design.● Preparation of Design Criteria Reports for project and update as required by the project during the development of design.● Anticipates problems and works with client, architects/engineers, subcontractors, and Project Manager to identify andimplement corrective actions.● Liaise with project lead and other project managers to maintain project schedule and efficacy● Participate in the preparation of technical responses to Request for Quotations (RFQ) from various clients, specificallyproject understanding and delivery plans.
