Team.10-Coordinated and managed external relationships of developments with governmental and non-governmental parties that could impact the projects.11-Evaluate performance of assigned staff for compliance with established policies and contributions in attaining objectives. Help build the team by inducting talent, retaining and developing further, particularly focusing on development of young KSA nationals.
