 Operational and engineering technical support for Corporate Sales (Offshore and Onshore) for the following products Borehole Enlargement, Drill Bits, Drilling Tools. Analyze and identify drilling inefficiencies to increase client’s cost savings. Perform vibration analysis of recorded downhole data to identify and reduce drilling limiters. Complete bit and BHA hydraulics analysis to optimize bit HSI and nozzle configuration. Implement geological software & modeling to assist in optimum bit selection for shale plays. Analyze and create business market studies to enhance drilling performances with current bit technology and seek new feasible bit design opportunities. Lead bit design projects, to provide pro-active approach to product improvement and development. Utilize surface data to analyze bit performance, failure incidents and present recommendations to clients.  Serve as a technical field support for downhole tools. Create BHA Torque & Drag Modeling to ensure appropriate tool placement. Evaluate failure analysis for bits and Anderreamer, an Underreaming tool, to present to drilling engineers. Evaluate and present technical data to clients.
