As the Head of Buyer Development at Global Dairy Trade, I lead the strategy and execution of expanding the global customer base and increasing the value proposition of the world's largest dairy trading platform. I leverage my MBA in European Legal Studies and my extensive knowledge of the dairy market dynamics, regulations, and trends to identify and pursue new opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build long-term relationships with buyers across regions and industries. My mission is to contribute to the growth and sustainability of the global dairy trade, through active engagement with stakeholders, to generate more liquidity in both physical and derivatives markets,while creating value for my company and customers.I have 12+ years of experience in business development, sales, and trading in the dairy sector, working with leading companies such as PGA Dairy Solutions and Interfood Group. I have successfully managed and grown a portfolio of 175 Mio € in milk powder sourcing and sales, developed and launched a new milk powder specification and brand, and implemented a leaner corporate organization. I have also acquired and honed skills in big data analysis, critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving, which enable me to deliver innovative and effective solutions for my clients and stakeholders.
