Loss Prevention Duties:Monitor inventory to identify theft or shortages.Investigate suspicious customers and employees activities.Review daily retail transactions through the POS system of C-Stores& Fuel stations located in US.Prepare daily reports on violations committed in the daily transactions and quality of work and record them in the CRM system.Responsible for limiting and reducing risks of loss due to errors, fraud, cash theft and technology misuse.Ensuring the sales procedures in stores follow the internal policies and regulatory standards.Monitor video feeds and suspicious individuals.Analyze the suspected thefts of stores and timely taking preventive measures.Improve procedures and workflow.Investigate the emergencies and suspicious cases.Follow-up the alarm systems of all sites with the alarm company and report in case of any emergency.Report alarm system issues.Communicate with the sites in case of any issues.Good Knowledge of US retail policies and laws.Email Support Duties:Respond to customer issues that have been sent by operators in a timely and accurate way via email.Forward unresolved issues to our technical teams.Document products malfunctions on our internal databases within formation about technical issues.
