• Promote and maximize profitability via training staff to use suggestive selling techniques, implementing food and beverage marketing programs • Assist F&B Manager with scheduling and related staffing issues as directed • Respond to guest/member complaints and suggestions • Monitor and control expenses and payroll• Ensure high level execution of daily tasks

• Deal with guests complaints• Monitor staff attendance and work ethics • Organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes• Prepare and submit reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales

• Customer Service• Prepare daily revenue analysis• Work with chefs and other personnel to plan menus that are flavorful and popular with guests• Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service • Work with other management personnel to plan marketing, advertising, and any special restaurant functions• Comply with all health and safety regulations

• Staying updated on current menu choices• Handling the table bookings and reservations• Ensuring guests satisfaction• Directing basic cleaning tasks• Greeting guests, presenting menus and suggesting menu choices• Perform other duties as assigned by management
