• Managing and Planning of Maintenance Dep. by Distributing Jobs on the Technical Engineers.• Managing regular support visits to our branches over the companies in Amman and other Cities , to keep and ensure high-level performance of Network, e-mail, and all hardware and software.• Team Leader of Technical Support Engineers.• Installation and administration of the servers.• Perform daily user support like updating operating systems and patches, maintaining network connectivity, configuring internet access & e-mail services, creating user accounts, maintain and upgrade different PC applications, itc…).• Maintain of all types of hardware PC’s• Prepare and develop procedures and questioners to improve the service level.• Control spare parts stock and purchase.

• Have a good experience on Network Troubleshooting, Operating systems and hardware. • Installation and administration of the servers (e.g. Windows Server2000, Windows Server2003).• Perform daily user support like updating operating systems and patches, maintaining network connectivity, configuring internet access & e-mail services, creating user accounts, maintain and upgrade different PC applications, itc…).• Arrange regular support visits to our branches over the companies in Amman, to keep and ensure high-level performance of Network, e-mail, and all hardware and software.• Maintain of all types of hardware PC’s• Prepare and develop procedures and questioners to improve the service level.• Control spare parts stock and purchase.• experienced with local and metropolitan network technologies (e.g. TCP/IP, Active Directory, DNS, WINS, DHCP, Internet access)• High level of support protects, secure and fix hardware within PC and LAN environment.• Installing and configuring Networks and Routers (cabling or Wireless) .
