- Dealing with recruitments needs and employment issues of the company (from initial job offer to induction into the company including offer letters and contracts),- Handling the recruitment campaign of 10,000 national manpower rand 500 expats from initial screening, interviews process (telephone based and face to face using defined HR competencies) and selection,- Introducing an on-boarding program to ensure smooth integration of new joiners within the group,- Managing the employment budget process and analyzing the variances in coordination with the cost control department,- Ensuring the consistent application of HR policies and procedures throughout the business,- Acting as an advisor to management on all human resources and employment law advice: grievances, disciplinary, and terminations,- Ensuring HR plans support the needs of the business at the same time flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur,- Taking charge of trainings i.e. leadership and professional courses as well as craft trainings.- Establishing career development program for national CCC engineers in Kazakhstan.- Leading compensation and benefits management: Payroll, salary administration, insurance, salary bench marking, bonus, salary increase and other entitlements (schooling, family living subsidy etc.) - Setting up reward scheme for various employees’ levels.- Producing and discussing detailed weekly and monthly recruitment and headcount reports for clients and Management as well as corporate presentations.- Working collaboratively with leadership team across the offices on various initiatives, i.e. individual performance review cycle.- Conducting weekly meetings with my team on HR activities across the various lines of business.- Creating a social network presence for CCC via Facebook & Instagram to promote employer branding and recruitment.

- Providing an end to end recruitment, selection and mobilization service for both Expatriates and Nationals from a myriad of regions such as Middle East, Europe, Caribbean and the Pacific Area. - Screening CVs & arranged interviews for Hiring Managers. - Processing personnel actions that included promotional issues, salary adjustments, transfers, merit rating, allowance calculations and benefit programs,- Ensuring compliance and consistency of company policies, procedures and practices,- Coordinating and monitoring leaves and monthly timesheets,- Providing travel and accommodation arrangements.- Dealing with highly confidential matters professionally & discreetly.- Operating HRMS (Human Resources Management-Information System).
