Maher is an Architect with more than 11 years´ experience in Project Management in Events/ interior fit outs and Exhibitions industry he is also experienced in overlay architecture working on temporary structures within large-scale major events. More than 50 non-competition and competition Areas successfully designed and delivery in reputed international major events such as Abu Dhabi World Skills and World Games Special Olympics 2019.Working closely with key stakeholders from all over the world ensuring input integration to achieve efficiencies on design, enhanced user experience and an overall “great fit for purpose” outcome from tender to project completion.* Planning / designing / coordinating with teams using AutoCAD, Revit, 3d max, Lumion, Photoshop and other software’s to deliver outstanding venues with an innovative approach.* Development of Overlay Books and Drawings considering Functionality / Sustainability & Containment.* Lead Authority on technical venue design and work with different departments, Clients and suppliers to assure a proper translation of the operational drawings.* Production of Bill of Quantities and working accordingly within the budget set for each venue.* Production of Integrated Delivery schedule.----------------------------------------------------------------------- Ensure agencies adherence to VUA regulations.- Manage build budget.- Cross check with agency appointed tasks, venue requirements and other Functional Areas.- Site management and reports on progress of the project.- Building and maintaining the delivery of the integrated delivery schedule.- Assist all Functional Areas, agencies and suppliers as required of matters related to Overlay.- Coordinate activities related to site maintenance.-------------------------------------------------------------------------- Overall Project / design / Site management.- Manage Build / Load-In / Load-Out / Removal & Hand Back of the project.- Management of key Risks and Issues resolution.
