The responsibilities include updating and distributing a daily report to all project participants to keep everyone informed. Additionally, assisting the Project Manager and Financial Manager in reviewing all claims, extensions of time (EOT), and any variations or changes from a Stantec perspective is required. The role also involves supporting the Project Manager and technical managers during project handover and the final walkthrough. Ensuring compliance with Authority requirements concerning health, environment, and safety is crucial. The job requires studying and understanding the Shop Drawings and Project Specifications to ensure their proper implementation in the Contractor’s workshop drawings. Regular site visits must be performed to ensure that the required quality standards are met during construction, following material and work quality checklists during periodic site inspections. Lastly, tracking the project to ensure it progresses according to the approved project schedule is essential.

Responsibilities:#Coordinate to maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.#Negotiation and Coordination With subcontractors.#Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.#Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.#Ensuring project deadlines are met.#Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.#Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.#Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
