- Oversee portfolio of projects, and hold meetings with teams to follow up and highlight the blockers/ challenges and points that need support to take the necessary actions.- Active member of the company PMO, to monitor and follow up on applying the best practices and standards.- Review and follow up on company’s cross-country agreements and operational projects, and do cross functional and cross departmental follow ups.- Follow up with vendors and external service providers in terms of quality of services/ products, timelines, delivered functionality.

- Effectively manage the assigned projects from vision to successful implementation by following the PMI-PMP life cycle and applying the management best practices to ensure that the projects are successfully understood, initiated, planned, executed and closed with proper monitoring and controlling activities, so it will be delivered on time, and within the cost limits and with the required quality according to the project management plan.- Establish a deadline and monitor the progress of the project, identify and resolve issues that arise, manage the financial resources, and ensure satisfaction with project stakeholders.- Align the technical plans and the proposed solutions with the business strategies and needs.- Conduct & manage business meetings with the clients to discuss their needs, present solutions, and determine what’s in and out of project scope.- Work closely with the legal department to develop and review project’s contracts and businessagreements in order to be familiar with any constraints and determine any hidden risks.- Recruit, form, lead, manage and motivate the human resources; and implement improvements to work policies and procedures to ensure that the team is performing with harmony as per the technical plans and as per the business needs in order to deliver high quality services.- Prioritize projects execution as per the current business strategy and needs.- Work closely with the finance manager to monitor the project’s expenses and the financial data.- Monitor the execution of the software development processes of the managed projects.- Monitor performing root cause analysis on problems to reduce services disruption.- Compare current business status with other competitors, and make any needed adjustment to keep ahead.- Set KPIs to the operating services and human resources, so no sudden or unwanted incident occurs.

And use DevOps methodology through Ms. Azure DevOps services (Agile – Scrum sprints).- Monitor the level of security in the implemented applications. - Lead& manage the software development team; and ensure that the team is cooperating with harmony. - Use support tools such as Ms. Project, Ms. Visio, ARIS and TFS to help in doing the work and achieving the goals.

- Analyze business requirements and prepare software design documents.- Design databases, applications tiers and user screens to be attached with the design document.- Organize work schedules based on priorities.- Plan daily development related activities during the project.- Lead the software development team through software projects and assign tasks to the developers based on the project work breakdown structure and follow up on tasks progress.- Ensure quality & reliability of code from the development team by conducting code reviews for their deliverables per development task.- Act as a technical reference for the team by providing technical guidance.

- Participating in analyzing business cases and assigning tasks to team members, and helping in solving team members’ tasks problems.- Design and Develop front and back end web applications, web sites, windows applications, xml web services, and windows services Using Ms .Net technologies and tools.- Design and Develop data and middle tier components to do data manipulation and business rules enforcement.- Responsible for designing and implementing databases Using Ms. SQL Server.

- Develop web applications and web sites using asp.net, vb.net & javascript.- Help in analysing the projects.
