SIG Combibloc Obeikan Company is a JV Saudi/German Company producing aseptic packaging, working in Saudi and covering the whole area of MENA and Africa and sub-continent Asia as well as Turkey (www.sig.biz)Start the company in Saudi through a strong business plan with a financial accuracy of more than 96% until reaching more than SAR1.35B at present- As a General Manager of the JV my responsibility include managing the relation with the parent company in global sites (9 global headquarters) as well as developing the different team in the organization- Supporting board of directors for their decision making of investments plans- Supporting in establishing different offices across the marketing area.Achievements: In the last post I successfully help the company to structure itself from scratch and grow it up to reach SAR1B+ Company, most of the standards has been achieved such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, ISO 22001, and BRC. Globally we achieve the 2nd level in the product cost, the 3rd level in the waste rate, and the 2nd level in the complaint rate among the 7 international plants around the globe.

- My main responsibility as a Manager include liaising between the different business units with the top company’s objectives in a top down and bottom up approaches and supporting them with the needed market and business data to able them to make their business plan more accurate- Feeding in/out into the STC financial modelling software which forecast the BS and P&L statement of the different business unit and the company as a whole, these data are of a great help to the different business units in setting up their strategic plan

ABDALLAH ALFARIS & CO. for HEAY INDUSTRIES is a JV company between Abdallah Alfaris and Saudi Government for making Armored Personal Carrier for the coast guards, Army, and National Guard (www.avf.com.sa)- My responsibility as a Production Manager was in developing and automating the production process to make the production process more economical.- As a manager of production I supported the design group in making up the 1st prototype and setting up of the BOM of more than 3500 single and multiple parts- I lead the team after finalization of the 1st prototype to participate in the largest international land and air-land defense and security exhibition (www.eurosatory.com) in Paris

My scope as a lecturer is teaching of the AutoCAD and CNC courses in addition to other departmental responsibility and minute keeper of the department weekly meeting
