About Dara Maher

A sales and marketing business leader, my journey began client side before playing a leading role with agencies, working in Europe and Middle East across virtually every business segment and a huge variety of clients, before most recently joining one of the most exciting industries in the world, Cybersecurity.Why sales and marketing?I consider myself very lucky to be able to do what I love every day. Working in marketing is something I knew I wanted to do from my teenage years and now…many….years later I have the same desire and love of generating new ideas to drive business. Why IT security industry? Back in 2004 I wrote about how the Internet would change the way that we work and communicate. I could never have guessed by how much, or what an impact it would have on my career. I have gone from utilizing digital as a marketing tool, to ensuring companies and consumers can be connected safely digitally. This is the growth industry of the future.
