I love learning about new things and understanding how they work. My passion for discovery has enticed me to venture out of core media deliverables to provide business partners with innovative solutions across their entire business funnel. This helped me pitch for, win and work with clients from various industries, build knowledge and transfer solutions.I believe that building a strong team doesn't happen by chance. It is important to create the right environment and set a culture that actively fosters talent, who are cross functional by nature (planning, social, creative, activation, e-com) and need to work together to deliver on common goals. This has allowed me to restructure and build one of the most awarded media teams in the region. My teams were awarded Team of the Year in ‘08, ‘14, and ‘15.My curiosity constantly pushes me to find better solutions. In my career this has sometimes led me to uncharted territories. My drive for innovative solutions coupled with my creative talent choice not only delivered great marketing campaigns and awards for my clients, but also gave me the opportunity to lead the Creative, Content and Experiential department. The profitable and diverse department includes an executive creative director, creative directors, graphic designers, front and back-end developers, on-ground activation specialist and talent managers. The campaigns we developed garnered awards in the Effies, Festival of Media and Lynx.I like to take on challenges. Besides my media and content roles in the agency, I was also appointed as the General Manager of Fuse, a marketing agency within Omnicom Media Group. I am an advocate of building long-term relationships on trust, honesty and respect. Be it with suppliers, clients or colleagues, it is important to have consistent values with all stakeholders and across the value chain. In recognition of that I have received the extra mile award in ‘07 and OMDer of the year ‘15.
